About the Role
We’re currently seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Account Manager to service Northern and Southern Vancouver Island, including Salt Spring Island. You will be our on-the-ground ambassador, developing strong relationships and driving specifications through architectural and design firms, design-build companies, custom home builders, and a select group of dealers.

Your Mission:
To connect, inspire, and grow—by introducing our products, building deep client relationships, and supporting design projects with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Service and grow a client base across towns and cities throughout Vancouver Island and Salt Spring Island.

• Call on architectural and design firms, dealers, and builders to promote and educate about our tile products.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads within the territory.

• Conduct product knowledge sessions, showcasing new collections and services.

• Create and execute a territory growth strategy.

• Maintain regular communication with the internal team and provide market feedback.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is genuinely passionate about design and architecture.

• Loves meeting new people and helping them bring their projects to life.

• Believes “good enough” is never good enough.

• Enjoys working independently and spending time on the road.

• Can balance creativity and relationship-building with the drive to hit sales targets.

Ideal Experience and Attributes:

• 3+ years of experience working with the design and architectural community (tile/stone industry experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational and territory management skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive.

• Comfortable lifting 30–60 lbs of samples as needed.

• Based in the Vancouver Island area—ideally Victoria, BC.

• Valid BC driver’s license.

• Must be a Canadian citizen.
